Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), we accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

We accept return or exchange within 14 days of the item(s) arrival to you if you are not 100% satisfied. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact us within 14 days of the item's arrival to you. Please include an explanation stating the reason for your return or exchange.

2. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. We do not accept any used or altered item(s).   

3. Any returns or exchange without our prior knowledge are not acceptable. Please contact us and obtain a "Return Form" before returning and exchanging.

4. Once the returned merchandise is received the refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible.Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Swimwear, Lingerie, Jewelry and Earrings unless the item(s) are visibly defective. 

7. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns);No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
